From a special gathering of a group as small as 12 to a large corporate event of 100 and more, our Afternoon Tea boxes are a lovely way to celebrate any occasion.

Our Signature Afternoon Tea boxes are the only form of catering we offer.
Minimum Order: 12 boxes

Scheduled pickup only; we do not deliver.

How to order:
Please email the tearoom to check our availability.
We are currently booking two months in advance for our catering boxes.
When emailing, please include: Name, Phone Number, Event Date, & Number of Boxes.
We will check our schedule and let you know if that day is available.

Payment:
50% of your  bill is due when your order is placed and confirmed by Trinity. Final balance is due the date of your scheduled pickup.
A 22% service fee and 8% tax will be added to your final bill.


Cancellations:
No refunds are given on orders cancelled less than 30 days before your event date/scheduled pickup date.
If you cancel your order 30 days or more before your event date/scheduled pickup date, you will receive back only half (50%) of your initial payment that was made the day your order was placed.

Boxes:

Each box serves one (1) person.

Order also includes decorative disposable beverage cups, disposable cutlery sets, napkins, wet towelettes, sugar packets, sugar substitution packets, and 1oz single serve half & half cups.

Contents are time and temperature sensitive.

Contents must be consumed as close to your pickup time as possible.
(Should be consumed within 1.5 hours after pickup.)

Please keep boxes in a temperature controlled setting during and after transport.

Allergy notice:
We cook and bake everything in our Trinity kitchen. We use milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, corn, mushrooms, shellfish, finfish, coconut, berries, stone fruits, canola, sesame, herbs, spices, and citrus. Keep in mind that we are not a nut-free or gluten-free facility.


Menus:
These are preset menus; no substitutions or alterations.
